America needs a comprehensive website to report problems to public officials and escalate them. Local, County, State and Federal. Something like what do they know but better. We need to be able to add documents and send them to the right people. The government needs to know they are expected to reply in a timely manner.

People use change.org to create petitions, and that is important. There is http://en.seeclickfix.com/ and the open 311 initiative. But these are all islands of reporting. You are supposed to write to your representative https://www.opencongress.org/people/zipcodelookup in case your issues are not being taken care of, but we also need this on a local level in a single directory. We need to be able to record and share our issues or keep them private or parts private.

In the  end we will need an issue tracker like otrs.org or bugzilla to manage this, and this will require funding to run, but we need to think big and raise those funds and find funding for it.
